Notice for Processing
Livestock Delivery Required before 9 A.M. on your scheduled slaughter date.
Cutting instructions must be provided before or at time of drop off.
If instructions are not provided, we reserve the right to custom cut using standard cuts
Slaughter Fee for Beef is $135 (Includes one week of hang time, $5 per day after one week)
Slaughter Fee for Swine is $75. (Hogs are skinned not scalded)
Cutting Fee (Includes packaging and labeling) for beef is $1.10/lb (Minimum cutting fee of $375.00 per head)
Cutting Fee for Swine is $.85/lb. (Includes packaging and labeling)
Processing costs for Bacon, Ham, Sausage, and any smoked items are in addition to slaughter and cut fee.
Lambs and Goats are a flat fee of $250 (not including sausage processing)
Lambs must be sheared before slaughter. $25 charge if wool is more than 1” long.
All meat must be picked up within 7 days of notification of completion. ($5.00 per day storage fee after 7 days.)
$30 charge for beef over 30 months
All products must be paid in full upon pick up.
Unloading at our facility means you accept these terms.
